1. Custom-Made Products
Since all our mosquito nets are custom-made to fit your specific windows and doors, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds for correctly manufactured products. However, we are committed to resolving any issues you may encounter.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs showing the defect.
- We will inspect the product and determine if replacement or repair is possible.
- If replacement is not possible, a refund or credit may be issued.
3. Incorrect Measurements
If we made an error in measurement that results in an incorrect fit:
- We will re-measure and remake the product at no additional cost.
- If a remake is not feasible, a refund may be considered.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without penalty.
- If manufacturing has commenced, a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value will apply.
- If installation has been completed, no refund will be provided.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Installation charges are non-refundable once service is rendered.
- Travel charges for measurement outside Mysore are non-refundable.
- Custom-manufactured products that fit correctly cannot be returned.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
